Carla launched her real estate career in 2008 and joined Berkshire Hathaway in 2016. While earning her real estate license, she worked as a flight attendant for ten years. Mentored by her father, a retired realtor, she learned the ins and outs of the industry during a market downturn. She has since pursued advanced real estate education, earning the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) designation, Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) certification, and E-Pro certification.

Recognized for her dedication and excellence, Carla is a four-time recipient of the prestigious Five Star Professional award and was featured in Chicago Magazine in 2024. She has received company awards for monthly sales leader, million-dollar agent, and the Honor Society award. She was also selected as one of two Northbrook ambassadors for the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Chicago Kindness Foundation, a role she is proud to be a part of and in which she actively participates.

Carla takes a hands-on approach throughout every transaction, standing by her clients from the first consultation to long after the moving trucks have left. Whether scheduling contractors or helping move boxes, no detail is too small for her attention. Known for her patience, responsiveness, and unwavering support, she prioritizes her clients' needs every step of the way.

A lifelong local, Carla was born in Deerfield and raised in Northbrook, giving her deep-rooted connections to both communities. Her family's history in Deerfield dates back to the late 1800s. Her great-grandfather and uncles served as volunteer firefighters in the early 1900s. In Northbrook, her roots trace back to the 1940s, and she holds fond memories of Salvi’s Caravel, a beloved establishment owned by her mother’s family, and Tonelli’s, run by her great-uncle. As an adult, she further strengthened her ties to the area by living in Deerfield for over a decade.

Outside of real estate, Carla enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her dog. She is an active volunteer at a local animal shelter, Orphans of the Storm, dedicating time to walking and playing with the dogs. She has a passion for travel, having explored 37 states and 14 countries so far. Whether fishing, hiking, attending a Chicago sporting event, or discovering the many vibrant neighborhoods in Chicagoland, Carla embraces every opportunity for adventure.
